best practices toolkit (education results partnership)

ERP's Best Practices Toolkit provides insight into practices for developing college and career readiness from districts and schools throughout California that have raised student achievement and closed achievement gaps. Funded by the California Education Policy Fund, the toolkit includes 4 components – a Best Practices framework, rubrics, exemplars and a self-assessment audit. Several research methods were utilized to develop the toolkit, including structured interviews with district and school leaders and staff, observations, review of a range of artifacts, and analysis of common practices.
